The air conditioning and ventilation are very well maintained, good cooling temperature! The lobby and entrance are cozy with stylish wooden furniture. Clean and trendy building with nice swimming pool and gym. Good facilities like gym, cyber, wifi and prayer rooms. The rooms are very well maintained and comfortable with great amenities upon requests. The food outlets’ prices are reasonable with quality food. Love the attentive and responsive f&b staff - excellent service. Pleasant staycation!

Love the trendy meeting room! Great facilities like prayer rooms, water dispenser, lcd, screens, wifi and etc. The banquet and restaurant team are very helpful and responsive on our requests. Great food and taste with excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and clean with great room amenities! Strategically located with spacious parking! Great hotel cleanliness and maintenance especially on the public areas like toilets and dining areas! The hotel staff are well trained and professional. Truly memorable experience! Love their swimming and gym too!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ibis Melaka. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Great bathroom & shower room with quality amenities. Great view towards the swimming pool. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of Malacca city. Very convenient and easy access to tourism spots. Hotel maintenance and cleanliness are good especially on the rooms and food outlets. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom and shower are spotless clean. Good amenities and wifi. Restaurant and bar ambiance really make great dining experience with excellent service from the food and berate team. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh ingredients. Love their wellness and leisure especially the pool and gym. Overall, memorable experience and recommended for family vacation.

One of the best hotel in melaka with spacious swimming pool! Great location with spacious parking. Facilities are superb and well maintained. Great food and service at the restaurant with cozy and clean ambiance. The fresh coconuts are amazing. Rooms are comfortable with great amenities! The public health is well taken care of will regular cleaning especially on the public areas and food outlets. Overall great service from the hotel staff!
